About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish.
Technical Recruiter responsibilities include posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings, and scheduling interviews. Ultimately, you’ll help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles.
- You will be involved in hands-on end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- You will maintain relationships with founders and engineers across the company, ensuring a smooth recruiting process, and a positive candidate experience.
- Influence candidates through your understanding of the organization.
- Responsible for candidate's pre-screening & checking on the cultural fitment of the candidate.
- Manage post-offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Build & maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
- 3-6 years of proven work experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience in market mapping and building a strong talent network in engineering and product roles.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral)
- Experience working on a small team in high growth, rapidly changing environment (start-up experience preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills including the ability to craft compelling recruiting copy.
