We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as an Engineering Manager / Lead.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing delivery teams, reviewing and implementing product architectures, and contributing to coding efforts when necessary.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 8-10 years of experience, with 3-4 years in managing distributed delivery teams
- Expertise in web/frontend, backend, or mobile app development, with knowledge of technical challenges in other areas
- Awareness of the latest technology trends and a willingness to try new technologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and nurture engineering teams
- A background in building successful startups/products.
